Personal Training

Whether you’re after your first pull-up or your first marathon, you will accomplish your goals and develop mental, emotional, and physical resilience along the way. The coaching you’ll experience and the techniques you will learn are based on a decade of experience lifting weights, training for intense obstacle course races, military preparation, and running ultra-marathons. You will also learn about the mental, emotional, and physical pitfalls that often lead to injury and failure. All of this culminates in a unique, safe, and effective session to help you meet your most audacious goals.

Coaching

If you want to work towards a long-term goal like completing a marathon, Spartan Race, losing a significant amount of fat or restoring your body after decades of neglect coaching may be a better option for you. Long-term goals like these often require weekly (sometimes daily) check-ins and fine tuning that extended well beyond a personal training session. We will develop a strategy to meet your daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You’ll have access to Jamil to help keep you on track (voice chat, text, and email), and receive a customized plan to follow each week.
